We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 7-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window.

As much as we love our pets, we are unable to accommodate our furry friends here.

Fairview is composed of the main house, which can sleep 8 guests, and Rose's Cottage which can sleep 4 guests. The property is in the process of completing a year long restoration/renovation and the listing showcases most spaces on the property aside from Rose's Cottage. Which will be photographed upon completion (at the end of July 2025).

Please note that any reservations made before Rose’s Cottage is featured on this listing will not include that space.
